In plain English: these are the rules for using this website. If you hire us, your signed client agreement governs our services.
Who we are
Recoup Capital helps property owners appeal property tax assessments and recover unclaimed funds. We are not a law firm, appraiser or CPA and do not give legal, tax or appraisal advice.
Estimates are not guarantees
Savings estimates and reviews are opinions based on public records and sales. Assessors, appraisal districts and appeals boards make the final decisions.
